Important Safety Information
from the Run Office
-
Please remember how important it is for all runners to comply with our safety regulations and guidelines
-
Everyone out on the road must be wearing an approved reflective safety vest... NO EXCEPTIONS. No vest, no running! We have instructed our police escorts to pull any runner who is not wearing a vest... THIS IS MANDATORY!
-
Headphones are also not allowed. The chase vehicle will have music for the runners.
-
No one should be ahead of the pack, and if someone is behind the group everyone should slow down...as St. Jude Runners, we only run as fast as the slowest runner. For safety purposes, we must run in a tight pack and not spread out.
